Separate cloud tools automate Poshmark sharing and offers, Depop relisting and offers, and eBay tasks such as recreating expired listings and sending offers to watchers. Each tool is billed separately by month or year, and every plan has a 7-day free trial without a credit card. eBay stores connect through eBay's own login by choosing your country, and you can switch between several eBay accounts. PrimeLister bills each tool separately. The Cross-lister Tool costs $49.99 per month or $399.99 per year. Poshmark Automation is $25 per month or $240 per year. eBay Automation and Depop Automation are each $15 per month or $144 per year, with eBay Automation priced per store. Using the Cross-lister and Poshmark Automation together costs $74.99 per month on monthly billing.
Yes. Every PrimeLister plan includes a 7-day free trial, and no credit card is required. When the trial ends, access pauses and you are only charged if you choose to subscribe. Free trial accounts have task limits, and a Quota Exceeded error appears when you reach the limit. Discount codes can only be used on monthly plans, not yearly ones.
Go to your PrimeLister Plans/Billing panel and click the Cancel Subscription button. The features you paid for remain available until the paid period ends, then they are switched off. Because each tool, such as the Cross-lister or Poshmark Automation, is billed separately, check that every plan you want to stop is cancelled. Invoices can be viewed and downloaded from your account.
A full refund is available for first-time and monthly subscriptions if you request it within 48 hours of payment, and for annual renewals within 7 days of renewal. Refunds are not given for personal reasons, used periods or bank fees. Email support@primelister.com with the subject Refund, your account email and details. Filing a chargeback with your bank may lead to account suspension.
Yes. The Cross-lister Tool can import eBay listings and crosslist them to Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace and Instagram, or list items onto eBay. You connect an eBay shop by clicking Connect, choosing your country, such as the US, UK or Canada, and logging in on eBay. The shop marked Default controls imports, publishing and delisting.
eBay Automation is a separate cloud tool priced at $15 per month per eBay store. It automatically recreates items when they expire and schedules the recreation at busier traffic times, and it sends offers to watchers with discount percentages and timing you choose. It also includes analytics and exportable reports. It has a 7-day free trial and no long-term contract.

The Cross-lister Tool is a Chrome extension and does not work on mobile devices or tablets. You need a computer with the Chrome browser to crosslist items between eBay, Poshmark, Mercari and the other supported marketplaces.

PrimeLister's help guide points users to live chat, which you can open from the drawer menu in the extension or from the Inventory panel in the web app. Both lead to the same chat.
