PriceYak is dropshipping automation software that started as a tool built in MIT engineering dorms and is now powered by Zinc, an e-commerce ordering API. It creates listings from supplier products, reprices them as supplier prices and stock change, and places orders with the supplier automatically when an item sells. Sellers can list on eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento 2, with sources such as Amazon, Walmart, AliExpress and Costco. Listing creation is free, and repricing and automatic ordering are billed per store by volume above free allowances. The website was live in September 2026 with no shutdown notice, although its homepage still shows a promotion that ended in 2022. eBay's drop shipping policy does not allow buying items from another retailer that ships directly to your buyer.
Key features
- Free listing creation from supplier products
- Automatic repricing based on supplier price and stock
- AutoOrders that buy from the supplier when an item sells
- Tracking updates sent back to the marketplace

- Vacation mode to pause repricing and ordering
FAQ
No shutdown notice was found. As of September 2026 the PriceYak website and pricing page are live, sign-ups are offered with a 14-day trial, and the site says it is powered by Zinc. However, the homepage still shows a promotion that ended in 2022, and some reviewers mention slow updates and slower support, so test the service during the trial before relying on it.
Listing creation is free. Each store gets 100 repriced listings and 50 AutoOrders free every month. Above that, you pick tiers: for example 200 repriced listings cost $7 per month, 1,100 cost $50 and 5,100 cost $200. AutoOrders cost $20 per month for 100 orders, $80 for 250 and $350 for 1,050. The listing and order tiers are added together.
Yes. PriceYak says the first two weeks are free and no credit card is required. New users are not billed until after the 14-day trial. After the trial, each store still keeps free allowances of 100 repriced listings and 50 AutoOrders per month, and creating listings stays free, so small stores may pay little or nothing.
PriceYak lists sales channels on eBay (US, Canada, UK, France and Germany), Amazon (US, Canada, Mexico and Germany), Walmart, Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento 2. Supplier sources are Amazon (US, UK, Canada, Germany and France), Walmart, AliExpress and Costco. It creates listings from these sources, keeps prices and stock in sync, and places orders with the supplier.
eBay allows drop shipping from wholesale suppliers, but its policy says listing an item and then buying it from another retailer or marketplace that ships directly to your buyer is not allowed. Many PriceYak workflows source from retailers such as Amazon, Walmart and Costco, which falls under that rule. Sellers who break the policy risk listing removals or account limits, and remain responsible for delivery.
Go to each store's settings page in PriceYak and uncheck 'enable repricing' and 'enable automatic ordering'. You are still billed for partial usage that month, or a $29 minimum if you incurred any fees before turning the settings off. If you had no fees, your next bill should be $0. Email support@priceyak.com if anything is unclear.

Users of managed accounts can open a Case in PriceYak to get help with failed returns, cancellations and similar order issues. PriceYak's help center at support.priceyak.com has articles on features, pausing the service and closing an account. No support phone number is listed.
PriceYak's automation features and free allowances get positive mentions. Negative reviews collected by Web Retailer mention slow support replies, account funds not being returned, and failed orders that put eBay accounts at risk. A 2025 competitor article quotes users describing an outdated dashboard and slower updates. Test ordering on a few items and read recent reviews before scaling up.
Other dropshipping automation tools include Easync, which supports Walmart, AliExpress and Amazon sources with fixed monthly plans, as well as AutoDS and Yaballe. Before choosing any of them for eBay, check eBay's drop shipping policy, since buying from retail sites that ship directly to your buyer is not allowed.
