It connects through eBay API tokens and does not ask for your eBay password. Its pricing and FAQ pages were live on 2026-09-14.

It still describes itself as an automated pricing agent for eBay sellers. No shutdown or acquisition notice was found. It connects to eBay through API tokens rather than your password.
Price Spectre charges a monthly fee based on how many listings it manages. One listing is free. Up to 5 listings cost $2.95, up to 40 cost $4.95, up to 200 cost $9.95 and up to 1,000 cost $19.95 per month. Above 1,000 listings you pay $19.95 plus $0.02 per extra listing. Optional premium points cost $0.02 each for faster repricing.
Yes. Every new user gets a free 14-day trial to evaluate the service. After the trial, one managed listing stays free, so you can keep testing on a single item. Billing works in arrears: invoices are generated on the 1st of each month for the previous month's usage and are due on the 15th. Payments are handled through PayPal or credit card.
Managed listings are adjusted several times per day. The standard interval is about every four hours. If you want faster updates, you can buy premium points, which allow repricing as often as every 15 minutes. Faster intervals cost more points per listing per month. Premium points also unlock extra options such as custom algorithms and exempt seller filters.
Price Spectre requires a floor price on every managed item, so it will not reprice below the minimum you set. You can also set ceiling prices, choose a strategy such as undercutting or averaging competitors, and filter which competitors count. If you prefer, you can review its price recommendations manually before they are applied instead of letting it change prices automatically.
No. Price Spectre connects to your eBay account with eBay API tokens, which you authorize through eBay, so it never asks for your eBay password. For its own account it collects your name, email, country, state and postal code, with other details optional. Its privacy policy says personal information is deleted within 30 days after you unsubscribe and the account expires.
Price Spectre works only with eBay. A Web Retailer review last updated in December 2022 says it works on all eBay websites, while an older NullApps eBay app listing names ebay.com only. Its current FAQ does not list supported eBay sites. If you sell on eBay UK, Germany, Australia or another site, confirm support with Price Spectre during the free trial.
Price Spectre does not publish cancellation steps on its pricing or FAQ pages. Its privacy policy tells users to unsubscribe from Price Spectre in their account. Since invoices are issued on the 1st for the previous month's usage, expect one last invoice after you stop. Some users on an older app listing reported charges after cancelling, so confirm the cancellation with support in writing.
The Price Spectre website has a Contact Us form in the top menu and a Support link that opens its Zendesk help desk after login. An older NullApps eBay app listing also gives PriceSpectre.zendesk.com and the email webmaster@nullapps.com for subscription problems. No phone number is listed. The site also has video tutorials and a FAQ covering setup, billing and privacy.
