FAQ
Possibly, but check first. Payability's current Instant Access and Instant Advance pages name Amazon, Walmart and Newegg, and Instant Advance also features Shopify. eBay is not listed there. A March 2020 Payability article said it offered Instant Advance to eBay sellers on eBay Managed Payments, based on future eBay sales. Ask Payability directly whether eBay accounts are eligible today.
Payability does not publish a fixed price for Instant Access. It says fees depend on account health, sales history and fulfillment method. Third-party reviews report about 1% to 2% of gross sales, charged on gross sales rather than net payouts. Instant Advance charges a weekly fee, typically 0.5% to 1%, with no origination or prepayment fees. There is no free trial.
Each day Payability advances 80% of your previous day's marketplace payouts into your Payability account. The remaining 20% is released once the marketplace pays out. Funding usually starts in less than 24 hours after approval. A Free Access option at 0% APR is also available for sellers who use the Payability Seller Card for their business expenses.
For Instant Access, Payability asks for at least $10,000 in monthly sales, at least three months of selling history, good performance metrics and a registered business. Instant Advance has stricter rules: at least nine months of selling history, average monthly sales of $50,000 or more, and enrollment in daily payouts. Some international sellers with a USD account may qualify.
Instant Advance is lump-sum funding of up to $250,000, typically 75% to 150% of one month's marketplace sales. Payability says it is not a loan and charges no interest. Instead it charges a flat weekly fee, usually 0.5% to 1%. You repay through a fixed share of future sales, typically 12% to 25%, and early repayment earns weekly rebates.
No. Payability says it does not run credit checks for Instant Access or Instant Advance. It does run standard background checks using public records. Approval is based on your marketplace sales history, sales volume and account performance metrics instead of your personal credit score. Funding can arrive in less than 24 hours after approval.
Payability does not publish cancellation steps online, so contact your account team to request termination in writing. A 2026 third-party review reports a 30-day notice period for Instant Access, with fees still charged during that time. Any Instant Advance balance must be repaid in full first. Some reviewers also say UCC lien filings stayed in place long after payoff.
Payability's contact page is titled Get in Touch and links to the seller login at onboarding.payability.com and to the application form. The page does not show a public phone number or email address. Existing customers usually reach support through their account portal. The website also has a security center, a blog and a customer referral program.
Yes. Payability's website is live with a 2026 copyright and current product pages for daily payouts, Instant Advance and the Seller Card. The company says it has made more than $6 billion in daily payments to over 10,000 Amazon sellers since 2015. No acquisition or shutdown notice appears on its site.
Other marketplace seller financing options include Wayflyer, Clearco, 8fig, SellersFi, Onramp Funds, Kickfurther, Amazon Lending, BlueVine and Fundbox. They differ in how fees are charged, repayment terms and which marketplaces they accept. eBay sellers should confirm eBay eligibility with each provider, since many of these services focus mainly on Amazon, Shopify and Walmart sellers.
