Yes, Packlink is still operating. Auctane, the company behind ShipStation and Stamps.com, announced its acquisition of Packlink on December 20, 2021. On June 1, 2026, Auctane completed a merger with WWEX Group, and the combined company operates as ShipStation Global. Packlink's website footer now shows ShipStation Global, but Packlink keeps its own brand and service.
Packlink itself is free to use. Packlink PRO for ecommerce sellers has no monthly fee and no contract, and you only pay for the shipping service you book. On the UK site, domestic parcel rates start from £2.25 excluding VAT. International prices depend on destination, parcel size and the carrier you choose, so compare quotes before booking.
A trial is not needed because Packlink PRO is free to open and use. Connecting your eBay, Amazon or online store to Packlink PRO is also free. Costs only apply when you buy a shipping label for a parcel. Watch for extra carrier charges, since reviewers report surcharges when a parcel's weight or size differs from what was booked.
Sign up for Packlink PRO, open Settings and select Integrations, choose eBay and click Connect to my store, then log in to your eBay account to authorize it. Turn on automatic import of eBay orders and save. Packlink's help article says orders ready for shipment are imported automatically every four hours, so you can book and print labels from one dashboard.
Packlink PRO connects to marketplaces including eBay, Amazon and AliExpress, and mentions Etsy. It also connects to store platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, Shopware and Wix. Log in to Packlink PRO and click Settings at the top right. Choose Privacy and use of data in the left menu. Under Personal-Data processing select No, then click I want to close my account and confirm again. Packlink says deletion takes about 30 days on average, sends an email when complete, and a deleted account cannot be recovered.
