It connected to marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay and Etsy and to shopping carts like Shopify and WooCommerce, and it had more than 2,500 clients. Cin7 acquired Orderhive together with DEAR Systems in February 2021 and sold it as Cin7 Orderhive. On April 18, 2023, Cin7 announced it would discontinue the product, and the service ended on March 31, 2024. Orderhive was not renamed to Cin7 Omni. The orderhive.com domain now redirects to cin7.com, where Cin7 sells Cin7 Core and Cin7 Omni. Both are separate inventory platforms, and Cin7 lists eBay among its integrations.

No. Orderhive was discontinued, not renamed. Cin7 now sells two separate products: Cin7 Core, which was formerly DEAR Systems, and Cin7 Omni, a quote-based plan for larger businesses. The orderhive.com redirect to cin7.com can make it look like a rebrand, but former Orderhive users had to move their operations to a different system, whether a Cin7 product or another vendor.
Yes. The Cin7 Omni help center has a dedicated eBay section. It covers setting up the eBay app from the Integrations menu, downloading products and orders from eBay, mapping products so stock levels update, and sending dispatched order status back to eBay. Cin7's integrations page also lists eBay among its popular marketplace connections, saying it syncs sales and stock levels automatically.
Cin7 lists Cin7 Core at $349 per month for Standard (5 users), $599 per month for Pro (10 users) and $1,199 per month for Advanced (15 users), in US dollars excluding taxes. Cin7 Omni has no public price and requires contacting sales. Cin7 offers a free trial. Orderhive's own plans are no longer available.
Orderhive accounts closed when the service ended on March 31, 2024. For Cin7 Omni, an administrator submits a cancellation ticket to Cin7 Omni Support. The Omni terms require written notice at least 20 days before the end of a calendar month, and service ends at month-end with no refund of prepaid charges. Accounts with a minimum term must still pay through that term.
Orderhive has been offline since March 31, 2024, and we found no public Cin7 page explaining how to recover old Orderhive data now. Contact Cin7 support to ask whether any archive exists. For current Cin7 Omni accounts, the terms allow you to download your data for up to 60 days after termination, if charges are paid. After that, data is permanently deleted.
When Cin7 bought it in 2021, Orderhive offered integrations with major marketplaces including Amazon, eBay and Etsy, plus shopping carts such as Shopify and WooCommerce. It focused on high-volume ecommerce sellers who needed order, shipping and inventory management in one place. These integrations stopped working when the product was discontinued in March 2024.
