Order Desk has three plans that combine a monthly fee with a per order fee. Starter costs $20 per month plus 25 cents per order with up to three integrations and one user. Pro costs $60 per month plus 10 cents per order with unlimited integrations and users. Plus costs $125 per month plus 5 cents per order and includes unlimited Pro stores.

The 30-day trial waives the monthly subscription fee and includes full access. The per order fee is always calculated from the previous month, so orders created during the trial appear on your first bill. In exchange, orders in your last month with Order Desk are free if you leave. If you need more trial time, the company asks you to send a note.

Yes. Order Desk has an eBay integration page and lists eBay among its sales channel connections. Orders imported from eBay can be filtered, routed to suppliers or fulfillment services with rules, and exported in custom formats. Order Desk does not require a contract and says you can cancel at any time. Because order fees are billed in arrears, your final invoice includes orders from the prior period, while orders in your final month are not charged. No, within reason. The pricing FAQ says orders older than a month are not added to the bill, so you can import historical orders to keep records in one place. You do pay the per order fee for every current order brought into Order Desk, but many cart and marketplace integrations have filters to limit which orders are imported.
