Neto by Maropost (Maropost Commerce Cloud)

The pricing page lists Essential at AU$199 per month with one sales channel, Professional at AU$789 per month with three channels, and a custom priced Enterprise plan with five channels. Extra channels cost AU$99 per month. Add-ons include Neto Ship and Pick'n Pack at AU$99 per month and Neto Inventory at AU$199 per month. Prices exclude tax and each plan has an annual revenue limit.

Yes. The pricing page FAQ says Neto offers a 14-day no obligation free trial so you can build a store and test the full platform, and no credit card is required. After the trial you are given the option to sign up for a plan. Neto also invites merchants to book a demo with its sales team to choose a plan.

Neto is still sold, but it is now branded Neto by Maropost. The Neto site links its terms to maropost.com/legal, support requests lead to the Maropost Galaxy community, and the contact page lists Maropost Australia on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. The site does not state when Maropost acquired Neto.

The plan table lists the online store, eBay, Amazon, Catch, Kogan.com, MyDeal, TradeSquare and point of sale as sales channels, with Google Shopping and Facebook or Instagram also supported. The homepage mentions more than 30 marketplace integrations with one inventory synced across all channels. Neto is designed mainly for Australian and New Zealand businesses.

There is no public self-service cancel guide. Contact Neto support by phone, email or live chat, or post a request through the Maropost Galaxy community, and ask for written confirmation of the cancellation date. Check your agreement and the Maropost legal terms for any notice period, and export products, customers and orders before the store is closed.
