You cancel from the Subscriptions page inside your Multiorders account. The Terms of Service say that if you cancel before the end of the current paid month, the cancellation takes effect and you are not charged again. After cancelling you may still be able to log in for a while, but the account and all of its data are automatically deleted from the Multiorders database after 90 days.

Yes. Multiorders offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can ask for a trial extension through the in-app chat. When the trial ends without a paid plan, order import and quantity and product updates are paused. The pricing FAQ says you can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and new paid users can get a full refund within 14 days.
As of September 2026, the Multiorders website is live, its pricing page shows current plans with a 14-day free trial, and its help center is online. No shutdown, acquisition or rebrand notice was found. However, the site footer still shows a 2025 copyright and no 2026-dated update was confirmed, so sellers may want to contact support before committing to a yearly plan.
The Multiorders website lists Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Wix and WooCommerce as sales channels. For shipping it lists USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL Express, Royal Mail and DPD. It also supports Amazon FBA orders and multiple warehouses. The website says orders placed on marketplaces usually appear in Multiorders within 10 to 15 minutes.
Multiorders offers support by email at support@multiorders.com and through live chat on its website and inside the app. Its help center at support.multiorders.com has FAQ and setup articles on integrations, inventory, shipping and account settings. Trial extensions and subscription questions are handled through the in-app chat. The company lists offices in Vilnius, Lithuania and London, England.
A Multiorders help article says there are two limits, order count and inventory count. If you reach the order limit, you cannot ship through Multiorders and new orders stop coming in. If you reach the inventory limit, you cannot upload or update more products. To continue, you upgrade to the next tier and pay its full price, not the difference. The current pricing page lists unlimited products, so the order limit matters most today.
Multiorders gives a full refund if you ask within the first 14 days after upgrading to a paid account. After that, payments are non-refundable. The Terms of Service add that there are no refunds for partial months, for months when you did not use the service, or for upgrades and downgrades. When upgrading, unused orders from the old plan do not carry over.
