Higher tiers add a live view of active eBay listings with bulk editing, a daily auto-repricer that only raises prices, and per-lot profit tracking. A free Card Kingdom buylist tool is included. BulkCaster has four tiers. Common is free and allows 50 listings per month. Uncommon costs $9.99 per month for 500 listings, Rare costs $24.99 per month for 2,000 listings and Mythic costs $49.99 per month for 5,000 listings. Every tier includes CSV import, direct eBay publishing, smart pricing and custom policies. Rare and Mythic add live listing sync, the auto-repricer and profit tracking.
There is no time limited trial. Instead, the Common tier is free with no card required and includes 50 listings per month with direct publishing to eBay. The vendor describes it as enough to try the platform and list a small batch of cards. The Card Kingdom buylist feature is also free. You upgrade to a paid tier only when you need more volume or the advanced tools.
The FAQ lists eBay US, Canada, UK, Australia, EU and Japan, with prices in USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD and JPY. When you connect your eBay account, the marketplace is chosen from your currency setting, so AUD maps to eBay Australia and GBP maps to eBay UK. Market prices from TCGPlayer and Card Kingdom are converted to your local currency automatically.
The auto-repricer is an opt-in feature on the Rare and Mythic tiers. It runs once a day at 10:00 UTC and compares each active listing with your target price, which is the market source times your multiplier plus a flat offset. It only raises prices and never lowers them. You can set a threshold, preview which listings would change, and receive a notification after each run.
The terms state that subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, and refunds are decided case by case. No detailed cancel guide is published. Cancel from your account billing settings if the option is shown, or contact support by email at support@mtgbulkcaster.com or through the Discord server before your next renewal. Your eBay listings stay on eBay after you stop using the tool.
The contact page says the fastest route is the BulkCaster Discord community, where the team is active daily and answers support requests, bug reports and feature ideas. The app is built for desktop browsers because listing management uses tables and bulk editing, although it can be opened on a mobile browser.
Sellers who list trading cards on eBay also use eBay's own bulk listing and CSV upload tools in Seller Hub, crosslisting apps such as List Perfectly or Vendoo, and general eBay management software such as 3Dsellers for listing, messaging and inventory. Sellers who mainly want quick cash for bulk often sell directly to Card Kingdom or other store buylists instead of listing each card.
