FAQ

How much does Lengow cost?

Lengow does not publish prices. Its pricing page lists three plans, Essential, Pro and Scale, and says customers build a stack of modules priced by unit: NetMarkets per sales channel, NetAmplify per advertising feed, and NetRivals and NetMonitor per site monitored. To get a price you request a quote or book a demo. The cost therefore depends on how many channels, feeds and monitored sites you need.

Does Lengow have a free trial?

No free trial is shown on Lengow's pricing page. Instead the page links to a demo request and asks visitors to get a quote. Plans are named Essential, Pro and Scale and are aimed at businesses from their first multichannel steps up to enterprise retailers. If you want to test the platform before signing, ask the sales team during the demo what onboarding or test options are available.

How do I cancel my Lengow subscription?

Lengow contracts renew automatically for the same term unless one party ends them. According to Lengow's general terms, you must send a termination notice by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, or another method that proves receipt, no later than 60 days before the end of the current contract period. If the notice arrives too late, the contract renews for a new period, and the terms say prices increase by a flat 5% at renewal.

What happens to my data after I leave Lengow?

Export your catalogs and reports before the contract ends. Lengow's general terms say it reserves the right to permanently delete all catalog data from the 30th day after the agreement is terminated. Because termination needs at least 60 days' notice before the end of the contract period, plan the export alongside your notice so listings and orders can move to a new tool without gaps.

Does Lengow work with eBay?

Yes. Lengow's eBay page says sellers can adapt product titles to eBay's structure and build product pages with relevant keywords, create rules and filters based on each product's performance, and process eBay orders and update inventory directly from the Lengow platform. The page does not list which eBay country sites are covered or what eBay costs within a plan, so ask Lengow for those details during a demo.

How many channels does Lengow connect to?

Lengow's homepage says NetMarkets connects to 90+ marketplaces across 45+ countries and NetAmplify manages product feeds for 400+ advertising channels. The company reports 3,600+ customers in over 70 countries and names brands such as Nespresso, Sephora, L'Oréal, Europcar and Miele. Its NetRivals and NetMonitor products monitor 1B+ products on more than 35,000 websites.

What are NetMarkets, NetAmplify, NetRivals and NetMonitor?

They are Lengow's four product modules. NetMarkets handles marketplace management, NetAmplify handles ads feed management for advertising channels, NetRivals provides competitive price intelligence with competitor monitoring and dynamic pricing, and NetMonitor provides reseller network intelligence to track compliance and unauthorized sellers. Separate login pages exist for the Lengow platform at my.lengow.io and for NetRivals.

Is Lengow still available?

Yes. In September 2026 Lengow's website was live, presenting its NetMarkets, NetAmplify, NetRivals and NetMonitor modules, with demo requests, a help center and customer login pages. The company describes more than 17 years of e-commerce experience. No shutdown, sale or rebrand announcement was found on the vendor site during this check, although outside news sources were not re-checked.

How do I contact Lengow support?

Lengow's homepage lists a phone number, +33 (0)2 85 52 64 15, and a help center at help.lengow.com for existing customers. Customers can also log in to the platform at my.lengow.io, and NetRivals users have a separate login. New prospects are directed to a demo request form at hello.lengow.com, which is also where the former contact page now redirects.

What are alternatives to Lengow?

Other feed and marketplace management platforms include ChannelEngine, Channable, GoDataFeed, Feedonomics and Rithum (formerly ChannelAdvisor). ChannelEngine publishes an eBay integration for managing an eBay store alongside other marketplaces, with inventory sync and automated order processing. Sellers focused mainly on eBay may also look at eBay-centred listing, inventory and order tools such as 3Dsellers. Compare contract terms as well as features, since Lengow uses renewing contracts with a 60-day notice period.
