Extra orders, leads, chat messages and storage are billed in $9 steps above the included amounts. Employees, customers and products are unlimited. Marketplace integrations such as Amazon, Etsy and Shopify cost $19 a month, and messenger numbers cost $15 to $25 a month.

Yes. KeyCRM gives full functionality for up to 30 days without payment. Billing then starts on the 1st of the following month and is based on your actual usage. KeyCRM says it does not store your card or take payments automatically, so you pay invoices yourself.

KeyCRM imports all eBay orders, both auction and fixed price, from one or several eBay stores. You can track statuses, assign tasks to staff and record expenses, including eBay fees. It supports multiple currencies, generates tracking numbers with carriers and sends them to eBay, and prints labels and customs documents such as IOSS forms. Setup takes about 10 to 15 minutes.

KeyCRM says it connects through eBay's official API, so it does not rely on scraping or browser automation. It also notes that it cannot protect you from eBay policy problems unrelated to KeyCRM, such as late shipping or listing violations. Performance on eBay still depends on how you handle orders and buyers.

Because KeyCRM bills after each month based on usage and does not charge a stored card, there is no automatic payment to cancel.
