Inventory Source
Inventory Source is dropshipping automation software that connects online sellers with wholesale suppliers.
Inventory Source is dropshipping automation software that connects online sellers with wholesale suppliers. It offers a free directory of dropship suppliers and paid services that upload supplier products to a store, keep inventory and prices in sync, and on Full Automation plans route orders to suppliers and pull tracking back. The company says it has more than 180 pre-integrated suppliers and supports sales channels including Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Ecwid and GunBroker. Supplier feeds are checked twice a day by default, with more frequent optimized sync on higher plans. It describes itself as a software company rather than a middleman and does not mark up supplier prices. Billing is per integration, where one integration is one supplier connected to one sales channel.

FAQ
Inventory Source has a free Supplier Directory Search plan and paid plans billed per month in USD. Inventory Automation costs $199 for Starter (2 integrations, 250k SKUs) or $499 for Power Seller (10 integrations, 500k SKUs). Full Automation, which adds order routing, costs $299 for Starter (2 integrations, 500 orders a month, then $0.30 per order) or $599 for Power Seller (10 integrations, 1,000 orders, then $0.20 each). Extra integrations are $50 per month.
The pricing page does not list a free trial for paid plans. What is free is the Supplier Directory Search account, which costs $0 per month and lets you view dropship suppliers, preview their product feeds, see supplier contact information and search with advanced filters. Uploading and syncing products to a store requires one of the paid Inventory Automation or Full Automation plans.
Inventory Source bills per integration, so you cancel integrations. Open the drop-down menu at the top right of the dashboard, select Cancel Integrations, pick the integrations you want to stop, click the red Cancel Integration button and complete the short feedback form. You keep access and active syncs until the end of the prepaid period. Cancelling every integration stops billing, and your free account remains available if you return.
They stay live. Inventory Source's help article says cancelling does not remove products from your store or marketplace, and you are solely responsible for deleting them. Once syncing stops at your renewal date, stock and prices are no longer updated, so supplier sell-outs will not be reflected. End or remove those listings yourself to avoid orders you cannot fill. A cancelled integration can be reinstated with the refresh icon before the billing cycle ends.
Yes. Inventory Source's Push to eBay tool lists supplier products on eBay and updates quantities three times a day, marking items out of stock when supplier inventory hits zero. The FAQ notes some limits: only one image is loaded per product, quantity is set to 1 by default to reduce eBay fees, prices cannot go below a supplier's MAP, and each Inventory Source account connects to only one eBay account. Items added to eBay manually are not updated.
Besides eBay, the Inventory Source homepage lists Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, Amazon, Walmart, Ecwid, GunBroker and Shift4Shop (formerly 3dcart) as supported sales channels. The company says it offers access to more than 180 pre-integrated dropship suppliers across many product categories, and it also runs a free supplier directory that sellers can use to find and contact suppliers before paying for automation.
No. Inventory Source's FAQ says it is strictly a software company and not a middleman, so it does not add a markup to supplier prices. You set your own markups with Catalog Rules, which also handle category mapping and product filters. The company encourages sellers to contact suppliers directly about ordering, shipping, returns, fees and brand approval. For billing, one integration means one supplier connected to one sales channel.
Inventory Source support can be reached by email at support@inventorysource.com. Under the terms of service, you can also end the service by emailing support, and you may be asked to confirm by telephone during normal business hours. Any refund claim or billing adjustment must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the date the charge was placed on your account.
Yes. In September 2026 the Inventory Source website was live with a 2026 copyright notice, current pricing plans, a free supplier directory sign-up and links to its support center. Its FAQ still documents the Push to eBay integration. No shutdown, acquisition or rebrand was found on the vendor site during this check, though outside news sources were not re-checked.
Other tools that sync supplier catalogs, inventory and orders for dropshippers include AutoDS, Syncee, Spark Shipping, Flxpoint and Doba. AutoDS supports eBay as well as Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, WooCommerce, Facebook Marketplace and TikTok Shop. When comparing, check which suppliers are pre-integrated, whether order routing and tracking sync are included, how many sales channels each plan allows and how often inventory is updated.
