Hemi

Hemi appears to be part of Threecolts. On the Threecolts website, the Hemi overview address now shows Threecolts Multichannel Pro, a platform that combines listings, orders and helpdesk tools for more than 30 marketplaces, including Shopify, eBay and TikTok Shop. The separate hemi.ai site still loads. Neither site gives an acquisition date or says whether Hemi is still sold on its own.

Hemi's own website does not name eBay or any other channel. Threecolts Multichannel Pro, which now uses the old Hemi page address, has an eBay integration page. It covers eBay listings with bulk editing and inventory sync, order management with stock syncing and carrier integration, and a helpdesk for eBay messages, refunds and replacements. Listings and orders are offered for eBay sites including the United States, United Kingdom, Germany and Australia.

Hemi does not publish pricing. Its website asks you to book a demo and describes a process where the team learns your goals, shows you how to use Hemi, helps you set up and supports you as you grow. There is no pricing page on hemi.ai, so you need to request a quote based on your channels and needs.

Hemi says it gives access to more than 80 ecommerce channels and manages over 20 million listings across them. Its site groups connections into shopping carts, retailers, custom connections, CMS, warehouse management systems, couriers, CRM and marketplaces, but it does not list channel names. Partners shown on the site include the Arcade online store, the Warehow fulfilment service and the Retail Without Borders marketplace conference.

Hemi does not publish cancellation steps, notice periods or refund terms on its website. Contact the team at hello@hemi.ai to ask how to end your contract. Before you leave, export your data. Hemi says its imports and exports are fully automatable and that you can export your data at any time and in any form, which makes moving to another platform easier.
