To keep the account after the trial, click Subscribe, choose a plan, a monthly or annual billing cycle and the number of agents, then add a credit card and the company details for your invoice. Your first billing cycle is charged on the date your trial period ends.
HelpDesk.com subscriptions are managed on the Text platform. Text's help center says that to cancel, you contact the support team by starting a chat in the bottom-right corner of the help page or by email. If you only want to pay less, you can schedule a downgrade under Settings, Billing, Subscription. Downgrades apply at the next renewal date, and you keep full access until then.
