Funnel's Starter plan starts at $300 a month and Business starts at $600 a month, both billed annually in USD. Enterprise is custom priced. Starter includes 117 connectors and 5 users, while Business includes 579 connectors, unlimited users and more export destinations. The final price depends on flexpoints, the capacity you buy for connectors, accounts and destinations. Funnel does not charge by data volume or row counts.

Funnel's pricing page does not offer a self-serve free trial. The Starter and Business plans lead to a Book a demo button, and Enterprise leads to Talk to sales. Agencies and companies with several brands are also asked to get in touch for a quote. If you want to test the tool first, ask about it during the demo.

On Starter or a legacy plan such as Essentials, a user with the Owner role clicks the account menu at the top right, then Subscription Overview, Billing and Cancel subscription, gives a reason and confirms. You must cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date, or you are billed for the next period. On Business or Enterprise plans, contact Funnel Support from the Help menu in the app to cancel.

Funnel's General Terms and Conditions say that, except where the agreement states otherwise, the service is non-cancellable and all fees are non-refundable. Customers cannot withhold or reduce fees because of alleged defects. If you switch to another provider, you can export your data and give notice of termination. Funnel charges no switching fees, but fees for the subscription period stay payable.

Funnel is a marketing data tool, not a store or listing tool. It has an Amazon Seller Central connector that brings Seller Central data into Funnel for reporting, and Funnel also lists Amazon Ads, Amazon Vendor Central and Shopify connectors. We found no eBay connector on Funnel's website, so eBay sales and ad data are not covered out of the box.
