Flipwise

Flipwise charges by store size, counted as active listings plus items sold in the last 30 days. Up to 24 items is free for new accounts. Paid tiers are $9.99 a month for 25 to 99 items, $19.99 for 100 to 499, $29.99 for 500 to 999, and so on up to $69.99 for 10,000 to 19,999. Stores with 20,000 or more items contact sales.

Flipwise does not describe a standard free trial. Instead, new accounts with up to 24 items can use the free beginner plan, and paid members get a 7-day money-back guarantee from their original sign-up date. After those 7 days, Flipwise does not give refunds. Once you move to a paid plan, you cannot return to the beginner plan.

Click your member icon in the top right corner, open Your account, and choose to cancel your membership. You keep access until the next monthly renewal. Flipwise retains your eBay data for at least 6 months so you can restore everything if you come back, and it will fill in the gap when you reactivate. Email support@flipwise.app if you want your data deleted right away.

Click the gray Export button at the top right of any inventory list. The export follows your current filters and search, shows a preview, and then emails you a download link and posts a notification in Flipwise when the CSV or zipped CSV files are ready. For everything at once, open the Income Statement, pick All Time and use the Download button to get a zip of all your data.

Flipwise picks your plan automatically. Each month, before billing, it checks your store size, meaning active listings plus items sold in the last 30 days, and moves you up or down a tier if you crossed a boundary. You get an email if you move to a higher tier. You cannot choose a tier by hand that does not match your store size.
