Yes, if it is unused. The terms say all shipments are billed when the label is created, whatever the shipment status. You can cancel unused labels yourself within 14 days of creation, and the cost is refunded to the original payment method. After 14 days, cancellation requests must go to eShipper Support. Late fees can apply to unpaid invoices.
Wallet balances are normally non-refundable and non-transferable. If your account is terminated or you made a duplicate deposit, you can ask for a refund by sending a written request to accounting@eshipper.com. A 3% interchange fee applies if the refund goes to a credit card. Refunds take 5 to 10 business days and are at eShipper's discretion.
