Paying yearly takes 8% off and paying every two years takes 15% off. The Marketing and Sales suites can be bought alone from $11.04.

Yes. EngageBay has a Free plan at $0 per user per month for up to 250 contacts, and its menu describes it as free for teams of up to 15 members. It includes email marketing, autoresponders, broadcasts, sequences, lead grabbers, landing pages, CRM, helpdesk and live chat. Service Bay, the helpdesk suite, is offered as a free helpdesk.

The Terms of Service say you are responsible for cancelling properly, and an email or phone request alone is not treated as cancellation. Log in, click your account name, then Plans, and select Cancel. If you cancel before the end of a paid month, cancellation is immediate, but the apps stay usable until the end of that billing period.

Only on annual plans, and only early. A full refund for unused months may be issued if you cancel or ask within three days of the payment date. If you cancel or ask by email within one month of the first purchase, you may get a 50% refund plus account credit. No refunds are issued once an annual plan has been active for more than two months.

First make sure there is no active subscription, because the delete option only appears when no plan is active. Then click the avatar icon at the top right and select Billing. At the bottom left of the Billing page, click the Delete Account link. The help center article includes a short video showing these steps.
