Endicia

Endicia is a US internet postage service. Online sellers, warehouses and offices use it to buy USPS postage and print shipping labels. It offers desktop programs such as DAZzle, Endicia Professional, Endicia Platinum Shipper and Endicia for Mac, along with USPS rate discounts, address verification and order import from marketplaces and shopping carts.

Endicia is part of Auctane. Newell Rubbermaid sold Endicia to Stamps.com in 2015, and Endicia and Stamps.com are both Auctane brands. Auctane also owns ShipStation, a multichannel shipping tool for online sellers, and offers the ShipStation API for developers. Each of these products serves a different kind of shipper, from offices to online stores.

These programs are aimed at sellers, offices and warehouses that print labels regularly and want USPS rate discounts and address verification built into their mailing work.

Yes. Endicia imports orders from eBay, Amazon and Shopify so sellers can print USPS labels for them. Stamps.com, Endicia's sister brand at Auctane, also connects eBay stores on supported plans: open the Orders tab, click Settings, choose Stores, click Add and select eBay, then sign in. Only orders with Payment Received status import for shipping.

The endicia.com homepage shows a customer phone number, 1-800-576-3279, and a log in link for existing customers. It also has a Contact Us link for warehouse shippers. Stamps.com and ShipStation, the other Auctane brands, each run their own support teams, so contact the brand whose product you use for account and billing help.
