Newell Rubbermaid sold Endicia to Stamps.com in 2015, and both brands are now part of Auctane, which also owns ShipStation. The endicia.com homepage now says Endicia is part of Auctane and points visitors to Stamps.com for office mailing, ShipStation for online sellers and the ShipStation API for developers. Starting January 31, 2026, Endicia web app users are redirected to Stamps.com and keep their username, password, contacts, store connections, presets and balance. A 2024 Endicia page said it imported orders from eBay, Amazon and Shopify. Today eBay orders are connected through Stamps.com or ShipStation rather than an Endicia-branded product.

Existing customers can still log in from the Endicia site.
Yes. Starting January 31, 2026, signing in to Endicia redirects you to Stamps.com. Your existing Endicia username and password work there, and Stamps.com offers the same mailing and shipping features with a new look. Stamps.com says the move was made to improve performance, add features and create one unified mailing and shipping experience.
They carry over automatically. Stamps.com says your username and password, contacts, store connections, presets, saved settings and account balance all remain available after the move, and no extra setup is needed. Your postage balance is transferred without any action on your part. If something is missing, Stamps.com asks you to contact its support team.

Customers who use DAZzle, Endicia Professional, Endicia Platinum Shipper or Endicia for Mac keep using those programs, but some actions that used to open the Endicia web app now show Stamps.com branded pages instead. Endicia is no longer priced on its own. Former Endicia web users use Stamps.com, which costs $14.99 a month for Basic, from $29.99 a month for Professional and from $49.99 a month for Multi-Location, in USD. Postage, carrier services and add-ons are charged separately. Stamps.com offers a 30-day risk-free trial before monthly billing starts.
Because Endicia web accounts now run on Stamps.com, you cancel there. Online, log in, choose Manage Account from the My Account menu, select Change/Cancel Plan in Account Settings, and click the link to close your account. You can also call 1-855-889-7867, Monday to Friday, 6am to 6pm Pacific Time. One more service fee may be charged after cancellation.
Yes, on a supported Stamps.com plan. Go to the Orders tab and click Settings, select Stores from the Settings menu, click Add and choose eBay, then sign in with your eBay account. You need an active eBay account and your eBay username and password. Only orders with Payment Received status import into Stamps.com for shipping.
The endicia.com homepage still shows a customer phone number, 1-800-576-3279, and a log in link for existing customers. The homepage also sends office mailers to Stamps.com and online sellers to ShipStation, and it has a Contact Us link for warehouse shippers. Stamps.com and ShipStation each run their own support teams.
Auctane's own replacements are Stamps.com for postage and ShipStation for multichannel order shipping.
