EMERGE App is cloud inventory, order and purchasing software from Higher Identity Technology Pte Ltd, built mainly for B2B wholesalers, distributors, importers and exporters. It handles quotations, sales and purchase orders, back-to-back orders, multi-currency and multi-company trading, stock across locations with batches, serial numbers and variants, simple production, barcodes and trade accounting documents. A B2B ordering portal called Ecart lets business customers place orders online. Current integrations are Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe, ShipStation, Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify, HubSpot and Airwallex, with an open API and webhooks on request. The first user is free with a small monthly document limit. EMERGE had an eBay integration page in 2023, but that page now redirects and eBay is not on the current integrations list, so it does not connect to eBay today.

Is there a free plan or free trial of EMERGE App?

Yes. EMERGE offers the first user free forever, with no credit card required, but the free plan is limited to 4 quotations, sales and purchases a month. You sign up with your company name and email and then receive an activation email. Paid billing options add unlimited orders and products, live chat support and a dedicated account manager.

Does EMERGE App work with eBay?

Not today. The current integrations page lists Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe, ShipStation, Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify, HubSpot and Airwallex, and eBay is not among them. An older eBay integration page that described importing eBay orders and products now redirects to this general integrations page. EMERGE says you can contact it to request a new integration.

Does EMERGE App have an API?

Yes, on request. EMERGE has an open REST API with webhooks, and you may need to register or get an API key from support. Endpoints return product details, inventory levels by warehouse or batch, and sales order status. Webhooks can trigger alerts for low stock, new delivery orders, and product changes, which can sync outside catalogs or notify a warehouse team.

Can I get a refund from EMERGE App?

No. The Terms of Use say there is no refund of EMERGE App payments regardless of usage or cancellation, and prepaid subscriptions are not refunded. You are billed in advance at the start of each subscription term. After cancellation, your data is kept for three months so you can reactivate, and it may then be deleted.

How do I close my EMERGE App account?

Go to My Account, choose I want to close my account, enter the secret code, and click DELETE MY ACCOUNT. Only the first admin on the account can close it, and you need to ask an EMERGE support agent for the secret code first. The help center article is in the Administration section of the EMERGE Help Center.

How do I contact EMERGE App support?

Email support@emergeapp.net, where agents aim for a 1-hour response time during working hours. You can also use the live chat widget on the website or inside the app, and EMERGE arranges phone calls over Skype through email or chat. The help center has setup articles, user manuals and FAQs. On-site support may be offered through partner agents at extra cost.

Who is EMERGE App made for?

EMERGE says it was built mainly for wholesalers and distributors, and it also serves ecommerce merchants, importers, exporters and dropshipping businesses. Its FAQ says businesses with physical inventory, such as fashion, hardware and convenience stores, find it most useful. It supports multiple warehouses, multiple currencies and different tax setups for international trading.

What are some alternatives to EMERGE App?

Other inventory and order tools for small wholesale and trading businesses include Zoho Inventory, inFlow Inventory, Cin7, Unleashed and Katana. Sellers who mainly sell on marketplaces and need eBay orders and listings can look at multichannel tools such as Linnworks, Sellbrite or 3Dsellers.
