Ecom Circles has three self-serve plans in USD. Starter is $27 a month or $22 a month billed annually, Growth is $97 or $80 annually, and Scale is $297 or $247 annually. Plans differ by repriced SKUs, scans, stores, users and monitor credits. Enterprise pricing is custom. Annual billing gives 12 months for the price of 10, and there is no setup fee.
Yes. Base plans come with a 14-day free trial. A credit card is required, but you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime. During the trial you get up to 10,000 items scanned. The trial does not cover add-ons such as supplier monitoring credit packs or AI Leads, which are billed immediately.
Not yet. The Ecom Circles homepage lists eBay under its marketplaces with the label Coming Soon, alongside Temu and TikTok, as of September 2026. The live integrations today are for Amazon, Walmart and Mirakl. No launch date for eBay is given. eBay sellers need a different tool for eBay repricing, inventory and orders until that integration ships.
The pricing FAQ says Ecom Circles currently supports Amazon, Walmart and Mirakl, and that Temu, eBay and Shopify integrations are coming soon. Every plan includes both Amazon and Walmart tools, so repricing, sourcing, inventory and order management work across both marketplaces. Amazon and Walmart marketplace data is pulled by API at no extra cost.
Monitor credits pay for checks on outside sources, such as supplier price and stock monitoring and smart list refreshes. One credit is one price check on a supplier listing. Checking every 3 hours uses 8 credits a day per listing, so 50,000 credits cover about 208 listings. Starter includes 5,000 credits, Growth 50,000 and Scale 200,000 per month.
Under the Terms of Service you can cancel anytime by sending a cancellation request through your account settings or to support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, and prepaid fees are not refunded. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are only reviewed case by case if the service was not delivered as described.
Ecom Circles keeps your data for 90 days after cancellation or termination, so you can reactivate or ask for an export. After that it is permanently deleted from active systems, unless the law requires keeping it. You can ask support for an export at any time, and it is delivered in a standard machine-readable format within 30 days.
