No, not for new sellers. In February 2022 eBay announced it was phasing out Selling Manager Pro and making most of its features free in Seller Hub. From March 2022, new Store subscriptions no longer included it. Sellers who already had access at that time kept the inventory management features.
eBay Seller Hub replaced it. Automated feedback (up to ten saved positive comments), automatic relisting of auctions and an expanded Sales Report with category breakdowns and repeat buyer data were added to Seller Hub for all sellers at no cost. You find them under Selling Preferences, the Listings tab and the Performance tab.
Selling Manager Pro was sold as a standalone monthly subscription, and it was also bundled at no extra charge with higher eBay Store subscriptions. Since the 2022 phase-out it can no longer be purchased, and its main features are free in Seller Hub, so there is no current price.
Basic Selling Manager handled listing and sales tracking. Pro added inventory records with restock alerts, automated feedback, scheduled and automatic relisting, and profit and loss style sales reports. Most of those Pro extras are now built into Seller Hub for every seller, except inventory management, which stayed with legacy Pro users.
Only if you had Selling Manager Pro access, either standalone or through a Featured or higher Store subscription, as of March 2022. Those sellers kept the inventory management features at no charge. Sellers who opened or changed Store subscriptions after that date do not get this feature.
Use Seller Hub Reports to download listings and orders as CSV files. Open Seller Hub, go to Reports, choose Downloads and request an active listings or orders report. That file can be imported into a third-party tool if you need inventory features Seller Hub does not provide.
For inventory tracking beyond Seller Hub, sellers use third-party tools such as SixBit, WonderLister, Kyozou, Linnworks and 3Dsellers. Seller Hub covers feedback, relisting and reports for free, so an outside tool is mainly needed for stock control, multiple accounts or multichannel selling.
