Seller Hub Reports is the Reports tab inside eBay Seller Hub, at ebay.com/sh/reports. It replaced eBay's older File Exchange tool and lets sellers manage listings and orders in bulk with Excel (.xlsx) or CSV files. Sellers download templates to create listings or drafts, edit prices and quantities, relist or end items, and add order tracking, then upload the completed file for processing. It also downloads listing and order reports covering 1 to 90 days and can run scheduled order reports hourly, daily, weekly or monthly. Business sellers have access automatically, and private sellers get access after at least one sale. The tool itself is free, while normal eBay selling fees apply to listings.

FAQ
Open Seller Hub Reports and select Upload, then Get template. Choose Listings as the source, pick a template type such as Create new listings, select Excel or CSV, choose up to 5 categories and download. Fill the template using the Add action; red cells mark missing required fields. eBay suggests listing 1 or 2 items first if you are new to the tool.
In the Reports tab, go to Upload and select Upload template. Choose the .xlsx or .csv file type, specify the template type you are uploading and select Upload. Processing usually takes under 15 minutes, though very large files can take longer. When it finishes you see a completion message and can download a report of every action taken, including any errors.
Common causes in eBay Community threads include business policy names that do not match the policies in your account, text instead of numeric codes in ConditionID, a ListingType other than Auction or FixedPrice, invalid picture URLs, and missing package weight or dimensions for calculated shipping. For auctions, putting a price in BuyItNowPrice instead of StartPrice can trigger error 307. Download the upload results file to see errors row by row.
eBay staff on the eBay Community said Seller Hub Reports keeps the File Exchange limits of 14.9MB and 150,000 lines per file. They also said you can upload at most 30 files in a 60-minute period. eBay applies an overall daily cap on upload actions but did not publish the exact number, so split very large catalogs into several smaller files.
Go to the Reports tab in Seller Hub and select Download, then the Download report button. Choose Orders as the source, pick a report type such as All orders or Awaiting shipment, select a date range from 1 to 90 days, and select Download. Earlier files are kept in the Recent downloads section, and the same steps work for listing reports.
In the Reports tab, select Schedule, then Create download schedule. Choose Orders as the source and a report type such as All orders or Awaiting shipment. Set the frequency to hourly, daily, weekly or monthly, choose a run time, and pick an end date or No end date, then select Save. To change or remove it, use Modify, then Edit or Delete, in Scheduled reports.
Business sellers get access to Seller Hub Reports automatically, and private sellers need at least one completed sale. The tool is free and part of Seller Hub, so there is nothing to subscribe to or cancel. Normal eBay listing and selling fees still apply to any listings you create, relist or revise through uploaded files.
Seller Hub Reports replaced the legacy File Exchange tool. eBay's help page says templates and reports created or scheduled in File Exchange were not carried over to Reports, so sellers had to download new templates and set up schedules again. eBay staff said the file limits stayed the same, and Reports templates can be stricter about unrecognized columns than File Exchange was.
Third-party listing tools offer bulk editors and inventory sync without spreadsheets. eBay itself named inkFrog, Sellbrite, CedCommerce and Codisto (now Shopify Marketplace Connect) as connector options when it closed its Shopify app, and 3Dsellers also provides bulk listing edits for eBay. These tools connect through eBay's APIs and usually charge a monthly fee, while Seller Hub Reports is free.
