eBay Seller Hub

eBay Seller Hub is the free selling dashboard built into eBay, found at ebay.com/sh.

eBay Seller Hub is the free selling dashboard built into eBay, found at ebay.com/sh. It brings the tools sellers use to run an eBay business into one place, with tabs for Overview, Orders, Listings, Marketing, Advertising, Store, Performance, Payments, Research and Reports. Sellers use it to create and manage listings one at a time or in bulk, print shipping labels and upload tracking, set return rules, run promotions and ad campaigns, view payouts, and review sales, traffic and selling-cost data. eBay's help page says sellers with at least one completed sale can use it, and some marketing features are limited to eBay Store subscribers. Listing and optional services such as Store subscriptions and ads are billed separately.

FAQ

Is eBay Seller Hub free?

Yes. eBay's help page describes Seller Hub as free to use. There is no subscription fee for the dashboard itself. You still pay normal eBay selling fees on your listings, and optional services you manage from Seller Hub, such as an eBay Store subscription or advertising campaigns, are charged separately according to their own pricing.

How do I access Seller Hub?

Go to ebay.com/sh and sign in with your eBay username and password. eBay's help page says any seller with at least one completed sale can use Seller Hub, and it connects to your existing eBay account with no separate setup. eBay's export guide also points new sellers to ebay.com/sellerhub, where a button starts Seller Hub after your first listing.

Can I cancel or turn off Seller Hub?

There is nothing to cancel because Seller Hub has no subscription, and eBay's help page does not describe an opt-out or a way to switch it off. You can simply stop using it. Paid services managed inside Seller Hub, such as an eBay Store subscription in the Store tab or campaigns in the Advertising tab, are billed separately and must be ended there.

What can I do in each Seller Hub tab?

Overview summarizes tasks, orders, listings and feedback. Orders handles labels, tracking and return rules. Listings creates and manages listings, templates and business policies. Marketing and Advertising cover promotions and ad campaigns. Store manages an eBay Store. Performance shows sales, costs and traffic. Payments tracks payouts. Research gives listing and pricing guidance, and Reports handles bulk CSV and XLSX files.

How do I print shipping labels and upload tracking in Seller Hub?

Use the Orders tab. eBay's help page says the Orders tab is where you take action on orders, including printing shipping labels and uploading tracking numbers. The same tab lets you review past orders and set up rules for managing returns. For large volumes, tracking can also be uploaded in bulk with an order template in the Reports tab.

What performance data does Seller Hub show?

The Performance tab shows sales, selling costs as a percentage of sales, traffic and buyer traffic source, with comparisons over time. eBay's help page also mentions a customizable orders download report with more than 80 data columns and sales and selling costs reporting. Sellers in eBay's Refurbished Program get an extra dashboard for that program.

Do I need an eBay Store to use Seller Hub?

No. Seller Hub is available to sellers without a Store subscription once they have made a sale. eBay's help page notes that some marketing tools in Seller Hub are limited to Store subscribers, and the Store tab is used to manage a Store subscription, categories, layout and performance for sellers who have one.

How do I contact eBay support about Seller Hub?

Start at eBay's Help & Contact page at ebay.com/help/home. eBay recommends signing in to get personalized help and see recent orders, and the page links to help topics for selling, accounts and returns, plus the Resolution Center at resolution.ebay.com. Seller-to-seller answers are also available on the eBay Community boards, where eBay staff sometimes reply.

What are alternatives to eBay Seller Hub?

Seller Hub is eBay's own dashboard, so most alternatives work alongside it rather than replacing it. When eBay closed its Shopify app, it pointed sellers to third-party tools such as inkFrog, Sellbrite, CedCommerce and Codisto (now Shopify Marketplace Connect). 3Dsellers is another option for eBay listing, order and customer message management. These add multichannel and automation features Seller Hub does not have.
