In your Easyship dashboard, go to Account, then Subscription, and click Cancel Subscription. Easyship's help center states that it cannot refund a subscription fee if the account has been active during the subscription period, though you can contact the support team to discuss it. Cancelling the subscription is separate from closing the account, which has its own steps under Account, then Company.
Go to Account, then Company, scroll to the bottom and click Close Account. Confirm the closure and give a reason. You are logged out and receive a confirmation email. If you have an outstanding balance, pending adjustments or recent transactions, the request is reviewed first and you cannot create labels in the meantime. To have all account data erased, email support@easyship.com.
Easyship's Shopify App Store listing shows a Free plan for 50 shipments a month, Plus at $29 per month for 500 shipments, Premier at $69 per month for 2,500 shipments and Scale at $99 per month for 5,000 to 10,000 shipments, billed in USD. Annual billing saves about 20%, and Enterprise pricing is custom. Postage and insurance are paid separately from the plan.
Easyship can be used for free while you ship fewer than 50 shipments per month, and on that plan you can still connect an unlimited number of stores and use its discounted courier rates.
