Easync is a dropshipping automation service operated by GOLESS S.a r.l in Paris. Sellers list products sourced from retail sites such as Amazon, AliExpress and Walmart on their own eBay or other marketplace stores. Easync monitors source prices and stock, adjusts listing prices and quantities, and can place the order with the supplier when an item sells, then upload tracking to the marketplace. It offers a standard Auto-Order mode that uses the seller's own supplier account and a Fulfillment by Easync (FBE) mode that pays for orders from a prepaid Easync balance. Plans are priced by the number of live listings and auto-orders, and a 7-day trial without a credit card is offered.

FAQ
Easync's help center does not describe a self-service cancel button. To cancel, contact support through the chat widget in your Easync account. Your account stays accessible, but price tracking, order processing and tracking updates stop at the end of the current billing period. Easync's terms say the agreement renews automatically unless written notice is given at least 15 days before renewal, so cancel well ahead of your billing date. Support can also pause a subscription while your store is on vacation.
Easync's pricing page lists monthly plans in US dollars: Basic at $49.99 (2,000 live listings, 200 auto-orders), Progressive at $65.99 (3,000 listings, 300 auto-orders), Advanced at $89.99 (4,000 listings, 400 auto-orders) and Expert, shown at a $185 promotional price against a $219.99 regular price, for 5,000 to 10,000 listings and 1,000 auto-orders. Custom plans are quote-based, and API Fulfillment starts from $500 per month.
Yes. The Easync pricing page advertises a 7-day trial with no credit card needed on its plans, and a help center article also describes a 7-day free trial with full access to the system. Easync's terms of service mention a 10-day free trial, so the exact length may depend on the offer shown when you sign up. After the trial, you need to pay for a plan to keep automation running.
Easync's homepage lists eBay, Amazon, Shopify, Walmart and WooCommerce as selling platforms, with Amazon and AliExpress as source markets, and its eBay page also names Walmart as a supplier. Amazon to eBay is the most common setup. An older help article from September 2025 said only Amazon and eBay were supported, with Walmart and Shopify planned, so confirm your store and supplier combination during the trial.
FBE is an order mode where Easync buys the item from the supplier on your behalf and ships it to your buyer. It is paid from an Easync balance that you top up under Account, then Balance, using options such as Payoneer, PayPal, card or bank transfer. The balance is separate from your subscription. If you use standard Auto-Order with your own Amazon account, orders are charged to that account and no balance is needed.
Easync counts every listing in your Easync account, including listings you recently deleted from eBay that have not synced yet. Listing counts usually update within a few hours but can take up to 24 hours. Delete any extra listings on eBay, wait for the sync, and contact support if the count has not changed after 24 hours. You can check current usage under Account, then Subscription.
Yes. Easync's help center says a single Easync account can manage an unlimited number of eBay and Amazon seller accounts, which suits sellers who run several stores or want to test different niches. Keep in mind that your plan still sets a limit on live listings and auto-orders, so the total volume across all connected stores needs to fit within the plan you choose.
Easync's help articles direct users to the chat widget for support, including invoices, cancellations and payment problems, and the help center is at help.easync.io. The contact page gives the operating company as GOLESS S.a r.l, 10 rue de Penthievre, 75008 Paris, but does not publish a phone number or email address. The Easync homepage advertises 24/7 support from human agents.
When checked, Easync had a Trustpilot TrustScore of 2.6 out of 5 from 86 reviews. Positive reviews mention ease of use, automation and a lower price than competitors. Negative reviews focus on slow support replies, tracking numbers that fail or update late, limits on order value, billing disputes, and sync or repricing failures. Reviews are self-reported, so test your own workflow during the trial.
Other eBay dropshipping automation tools include AutoDS, PriceYak, Yaballe, KalDrop and Hustle Got Real, all named in Easync's own August 2026 roundup of eBay dropshipping software. Research tools such as Zik Analytics are often used alongside them for product finding. The tools differ in supported suppliers, how auto-ordering works and whether pricing is based on listings or orders, so compare plans against your own volume.
