Connect your eBay account once under Webhook and Integrations in the E-junkie Dashboard. List the item on eBay with shipping enabled, then add a product in E-junkie whose Item Name exactly matches the eBay listing title. E-junkie checks your eBay account for new sales every 5 minutes and emails the buyer the download, so delivery can take up to about 5 minutes.
The most common cause is a title mismatch: the E-junkie product name must match the eBay listing title exactly. E-junkie's eBay guide also notes that Local Pickup orders do not pass the buyer's email address, and that an eBay API issue can delay processing for sales made after 9pm Mountain Time until midnight. Check these before contacting support.
Log in to the E-junkie Dashboard, open subscription settings from the sidebar, and cancel the recurring PayPal payment. E-junkie says cancelling does not immediately affect your account and your products and data remain. Its terms add that you may not get a refund for amounts already paid, so cancel before your next monthly payment.
