The DSM Tool website now shows a notice that DSMTool has migrated and is now part of AutoDS, saying the move was made to offer better customer support, more reliable technology and a quicker all-in-one automation system. The migration page was first archived in May 2023. Existing users are told to connect their store to AutoDS to continue.

The dsmtool.com site shows migration notices, its pricing page redirects to AutoDS pricing, and its old help center addresses no longer load. Some third-party review sites still describe DSM Tool as active in 2026, but those pages appear to be out of date.
AutoDS is the successor named on the DSM Tool website. It covers product research, importing products from suppliers, price and stock monitoring, and order automation, including an auto-ordering add-on. AutoDS supports eBay through both the eBay API and a non-API MIP connection, plus Amazon, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace and Facebook Shop, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Wix and WooCommerce as selling channels.
DSM Tool's archived pricing page from February 2023 shows a Free plan with up to 25 active listings, Basic at $24.97 per month for 600 listings, Business at $99.97 for 5,000 and Enterprise at $499.97 for 25,000. Yearly billing lowered these to $19.97, $79.97 and $399.97 per month. Add-ons included automatic order fulfillment and tracking updates. These plans are no longer sold.
DSM Tool used to offer a free plan and a 72-hour money-back guarantee on the first payment, but those plans are gone. AutoDS, the successor, advertises a 3-day trial for $0.99 on its pricing page and says you can cancel any time. AutoDS also sells add-ons such as auto ordering at $9.90 per month and VA access at $14.97 per month.
DSM Tool no longer bills separately, so cancellation happens in AutoDS. Click Settings, then Account & Billing, click Manage/Cancel Account at the bottom, click Cancel Subscription, select the plan to cancel, confirm the data deletion warning and pick a reason. Access ends immediately and order automation stops. If you cancel before a trial ends, AutoDS says your payment method is not charged.
DSM Tool's own help center is no longer online, so there is no documented DSM export tool. Listings you created sit on your eBay account. If you moved to AutoDS and cancel, AutoDS says products already listed stay on your selling channel but are no longer connected or monitored. AutoDS keeps account data for 14 days after cancellation, then deletes it permanently.
AutoDS supports eBay through two methods: the eBay API and a non-API MIP connection. For both, its help center lists these eBay sites: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. Other selling channels such as Amazon, Etsy and Facebook have broader regional availability, while eBay support is limited to those eight countries.
DSM Tool support is no longer available, and its old help center and support site do not load. Former users should use AutoDS support instead. AutoDS runs a help center at help.autods.com with guides on accounts and billing, getting started, managing orders and products, and supported selling channels.
