Dixa is a customer service platform from Denmark, with offices in Copenhagen and London, built for consumer and ecommerce brands. It combines a helpdesk, a contact center and an AI agent called Mim in one workspace. Agents handle phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and SMS conversations, with routing, a knowledge base, automations and real-time analytics. Native integrations pull order data from Shopify, Magento and WooCommerce, and customer data from Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics 365. The Shopify app lets agents cancel orders and issue refunds without leaving Dixa. Plans are priced per agent, and Mim is billed per conversation. Dixa is aimed at mid-market teams and is sold through demos, without a self-serve trial. It does not connect to eBay, and eBay is not listed among its integrations.

FAQ
Dixa has three plans priced per agent per month: Growth at EUR 89, Ultimate at EUR 139 and Prime at EUR 179. Every plan includes all channels, the knowledge base, routing and the Mim AI agent, which is billed separately per conversation. The pricing page offers monthly or annual billing, and annual billing saves 20%. Prices can also be shown in GBP.
Mim, Dixa's AI agent, is priced per conversation at a flat EUR 0.35, usage only, with no per-seat fee and no allowance cap. You pay the same rate whether Mim resolves the conversation or hands it to a human agent. Dixa updated this pricing in July 2026. AI Co-Pilot tools for human agents are a separate seat-based add-on.
No. Dixa's pricing FAQ says it does not offer a self-serve trial. Every rollout is guided, with a dedicated success manager and hands-on onboarding, and most teams go live in 2 to 4 weeks. To evaluate Dixa you book a demo, and the team reviews it against your own use case and data.
Dixa subscriptions renew automatically for 12-month periods. To leave, send a written notice of non-renewal to friends@dixa.com at least 3 months before your current term ends. The agreement then ends when the term expires. You cannot cancel partway through a term, and fees already invoiced are non-refundable under the Terms of Service.
Not during the current term. The Terms of Service say subscriptions and other products on an order form cannot be downgraded or cancelled during the current Subscription Term. The only exception is lowering the number of agents, and only down to your minimum commitment. Downgrades for the next renewal must be requested well before the renewal date, and no refunds are given.
No eBay integration is listed. Dixa's integrations page says it connects natively to Shopify, Magento and WooCommerce, and to custom ecommerce platforms through its open API. Order history, shipping status and return details then appear in the agent workspace. eBay is not named, so eBay messages and orders would need your own custom integration or a different tool.
Dixa connects to Shopify through a dedicated app on the Shopify App Store with read and write permissions. Agents can see order history, payment status and shipping details inside Dixa, and can cancel orders, issue refunds and update customer information without opening Shopify. The Mim AI agent uses the same data to answer order tracking, return and refund questions.
Dixa's contact page lists phone numbers in Denmark (+45 89 88 62 60), the UK (+44 845 528 0282), the US (+1 888 910 7555, toll free) and Germany (+49 30 46690135), plus email and Facebook Messenger during business hours. The site menu also links to a Help Center and a system status page. Offices are in Copenhagen and London, with a postal address in New York.
Dixa's own comparison pages cover Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Gladly and Kustomer, which are the main helpdesk and contact center alternatives for ecommerce brands. Gorgias is popular with Shopify stores. Marketplace sellers who need eBay and Amazon messages in one inbox may prefer a seller helpdesk such as 3Dsellers or eDesk, since Dixa has no eBay integration.
