Deliverr was a US fulfillment company founded in 2017 that stored sellers' inventory in a network of warehouses and shipped marketplace orders quickly. For eBay sellers its main use was qualifying listings for fast-shipping badges such as eBay Fast 'N Free, alongside Walmart two-day delivery and orders from Amazon and Shopify. Shopify acquired Deliverr in 2022, and in June 2023 Flexport completed its acquisition of Shopify Logistics, including Deliverr. The deliverr.com website, seller portal and help center now redirect to Flexport. Former Deliverr customers use Flexport's eCommerce fulfillment service, which connects to eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify and other channels directly or through listing tools.

FAQ
Deliverr was founded in 2017 to give small and mid-sized sellers fast delivery across marketplaces. Shopify announced it was acquiring Deliverr for USD 2.1 billion on May 5, 2022, and the deal closed in July 2022. On June 6, 2023, Flexport announced it had completed its acquisition of Shopify Logistics, including Deliverr, and became Shopify's official logistics partner. Deliverr's service now runs as Flexport fulfillment.
Not under the Deliverr name. deliverr.com redirects to flexport.com, the old Deliverr seller portal redirects to Flexport's portal, and Deliverr's help center redirects to Flexport's support site. The service continues as Flexport eCommerce Fulfillment. Flexport's eBay integration page still refers to activating eBay Fast 'N Free from the Deliverr dashboard, which reflects this history.
Yes. Flexport's eBay integration page says its fulfillment merchants get access to eBay Fast 'N Free tags, which appear in search results, on listing pages and at checkout, and help buyers who filter for fast delivery. Sellers activate it by selecting eBay when creating an account or adding it from the Channels page. The integration works with fixed-price listings only, so auction-format listings cannot be synced.
Deliverr's old pricing no longer applies. Flexport does not publish fixed fulfillment rates on its website and asks sellers to get started or request a demo for a quote. A partner listing on Zentail says Flexport fulfillment starts at USD 3.99 per unit and storage at USD 0.72 per cubic foot per month, with no long-term contracts. Confirm current rates with Flexport before sending inventory.
Flexport's help center says account closure is handled by its Support team. To cancel and remove or dispose of all remaining inventory, submit a request to Support. Removal or disposal requests take 14 to 21 calendar days, and 30 days or more during holiday and peak season. Creating a removal request in the Flexport Portal does not close the account; you must contact Support to delete it.
Former Deliverr sellers whose stock is stored with Flexport can ask for it to be returned with a removal request, or ask for it to be disposed of. Flexport processes removal and disposal requests in 14 to 21 calendar days, or 30 calendar days or more in holiday and peak periods. Removal and disposal fees apply. A removal does not close your account, so contact Support separately for that.
Flexport's help center lists direct integrations with Amazon, BigCommerce, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Walmart, Wish and WooCommerce. It also connects through listing tools and connector apps such as ChannelAdvisor, Linnworks, Sellbrite, SellerActive, SellerCloud, SellerChamp, Zentail, Pipe17, Acenda, GeekSeller and ListingMirror. Through those tools it can fulfill orders from other channels, including Newegg, Overstock, Reverb, Target Plus and Wayfair.
Flexport offers live chat from the Seller Portal, using the button in the bottom right corner, Monday to Friday, 7AM to 5PM CST. You can also submit a ticket, email support@flexport-fulfillment.zendesk.com, or call (415) 231-5252 during the same hours. Urgent tickets have a response target of 5 business hours, high priority 1 business day and normal requests 2 business days.
Other third-party fulfillment providers that work with eBay sellers include ShipMonk, which offers eBay order import and order sync, as well as ShipBob and Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment. Before moving inventory, compare storage fees, per-order costs, warehouse locations, marketplace integrations and whether the provider can help listings qualify for fast-shipping badges, since moving stock between warehouses adds cost and time.
