Crosslist has four plans billed in USD: Bronze at $29.99 per month for 200 new listings, Silver at $34.99 for 500, Gold at $39.99 for 1,000 and Diamond at $44.99 for unlimited listings. Quarterly billing takes 10% off and yearly billing gives 2 months free. Gold and Diamond add autodelisting, CSV import and export and sales analytics. An AI add-on costs $4.99 per month.
Crosslist does not have a free plan. Instead, the first purchase is covered by a 3-day money-back guarantee, which applies if you have created fewer than 20 listings. To request a refund, contact support through the chat widget inside Crosslist within 72 hours of purchase. Monthly and quarterly plans are refunded without deductions, while annual plan refunds carry a $9.99 processing fee.
Open your subscription settings, click Manage subscription, then click Cancel plan and confirm by clicking Cancel plan again. You do not need to contact support to cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. Images must be at least 500px on the shortest side.
Crosslist supports sellers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. According to the FAQ on its website, residents of the European Union are not currently supported. Sellers outside these countries should check with Crosslist before subscribing, since marketplace connections and eBay site support are built around these four countries.
Yes. Go to subscription settings, click Manage subscription, then Update plan. Choose a billing period and tier, add a promotion code if you have one, and click Confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the billing cycle. Downgrades give a prorated credit to your account balance for unused time, which is not refunded as cash.
Yes. Crosslist has apps for Android 7.0 or newer and iOS 15.6 or newer. On desktop it needs a modern browser: Chrome 111 or later is preferred, and Safari 16.4 and Firefox 128 are also supported. Supported systems are Windows 10 or 11, macOS Ventura 13.3 or newer, and Chromebooks that still receive updates. Older Windows 7 and 8 systems are no longer supported.
Crosslist provides support through a chat widget inside the Crosslist application, and this is also where refund requests under the money-back guarantee are made. Cancelling does not require contacting support, since it is done from the dashboard. Crosslist also publishes a documentation site with guides on listing management, marketplaces, subscriptions and troubleshooting, such as reinstalling the browser extension.
