Yes. CJdropshipping is free to join and use, with no required monthly subscription. You pay only for the product cost and shipping when you receive orders and send them to CJ. Optional services, such as warehousing, custom packaging, print-on-demand or a dedicated mid-level sourcing agent, have their own fees, and there is an optional paid CJ Prime membership for extra benefits.
CJ Prime is an optional monthly membership with four tiers: Free at $0, Plus at $15.99, Prime at $19.99 and Advanced at $59.99, shown as discounted from higher list prices. All tiers include free listing, unlimited employee accounts, unlimited store authorization and 24/7 support. Paid tiers add discount coupons, VIP and recommended products, course discounts and 5 to 50 extra daily sourcing requests. CJ states it cannot refund Prime purchases.
On the website, go to Profile > Account Security, click Delete Account, agree to the deletion and enter the verification code CJ emails to you. In the mobile app, go to My CJ > Settings > Delete Account and follow the same steps. Check your spam folder if the code does not arrive. Finish or cancel open orders first, because connected stores cannot be deleted until their orders are completed.
Yes. In CJ, go to My CJ > Authorization, click Add Store and choose eBay, then sign in to eBay and approve access. The store name you enter in CJ must match your eBay user ID or authorization fails. After connecting, you can list CJ products to eBay with CJ's listing tool, import eBay orders with Sync Store Orders and pay for them in CJ. CJ can upload tracking numbers to eBay automatically.
CJdropshipping lists store integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, Temu, Shoplazza, Nuvemshop, AliExpress, eBay, Etsy, Mercado Libre, Lazada and Shopee, and its guides also mention Amazon. It depends on the warehouse and shipping method. CJ's eBay guide gives 2 to 5 business days via USPS from its US warehouse, 3 to 7 days across Europe from EU warehouses and 2 to 5 days in major Southeast Asian cities. Orders also need 24 to 72 hours of processing after payment. International shipments from China take longer, and CJ's own overview lists about 7 to 15 days.
CJdropshipping offers 24/7 live chat, a help center with tutorials and FAQs, and a ticket system inside your account. You can also email support@cjdropshipping.com. CJ says it assigns a personal agent to each user or store for one-to-one help with sourcing and orders. The help center covers fees, payment methods, shipping times, store authorization, disputes and returns.
CJ has a Refund, Resend and Returns policy in its help center, where disputes for problem orders are opened. According to CJ's own eBay guide, physical returns are discouraged because return shipping is expensive, so CJ usually prefers to issue a refund or resend instead. Sellers still have to follow eBay's return rules with their buyers, so factor possible refund costs into your pricing. CJ Prime membership fees are not refundable.
CJdropshipping had more than 13,000 Trustpilot reviews when checked, but Trustpilot was not showing a TrustScore because it had removed fake reviews and flagged a breach of its guidelines. Positive reviews often praise individual agents for fast replies and sourcing help. Negative reviews mention dispatch delays of up to 3 to 4 weeks and inconsistent information from staff. Test sample orders before listing products widely.
