Flex Plus costs GBP 300 a month or GBP 2,995 a year for up to GBP 30,000 and adds data enrichment, velocity repricing and priority support. Enterprise is custom priced. Sales above your plan limit are charged at 1%, and prices exclude VAT.

Yes. ChannelUnity offers a 14-day free trial with all features, including a free data audit and a consultation with its team. After the trial, onboarding covers category and field mapping, the first product listings, integration testing and handover. Paid plans are sold on 12-month agreements.

ChannelUnity's terms say each subscription runs 12 months and renews for another 12 months unless cancelled before the renewal date. Use the Cancel My Account option inside your account to stop the next renewal; it takes effect when the current term ends. Written notices go to contracts@channelunity.com. Cancel well before renewal to avoid another year of fees.
