Premium is from 458 GBP per month with unlimited orders, channels and users, standard analytics and developer API access. Overage charges apply if you exceed your contracted order volume.
ChannelGrabber's website and pricing page do not advertise a free trial. Instead, the site offers a 'Book a Demo' option and a consultation request form. According to the pricing FAQ, customers can start using the software straight away after signing up, but courier integrations needed to print shipping labels can take between 1 and 14 days to set up, depending on the carrier.
Email your cancellation request to help@channelgrabber.com. ChannelGrabber is a monthly rolling contract, unless you agreed a fixed term, and it requires 30 days' notice. Your account closes 30 days after the request, and depending on your billing date one final payment is likely due. Cancelling mid-month does not give a refund for unused time, so download your invoices from the Invoice Portal before the account closes.
ChannelGrabber's terms say fees stated in the order form and terms are non-cancellable and non-refundable. After termination, Cloud Commerce Group may destroy customer data unless you ask for a backup within 30 days. If you request it and all fees are paid, it will use reasonable efforts to deliver the backup within 60 days, and you pay reasonable costs of returning the data. Export anything you need before the account closes.

Each ChannelGrabber plan includes a monthly order allowance: 2,000 orders on Startup, 10,000 on Advanced and unlimited on Premium. If your order volume goes over the limit in your contract, overage charges apply.
