ChannelEffect

The ChannelEffect website is no longer online. On 2026-09-14 the channeleffect.com domain did not resolve, and the Wayback Machine's last homepage capture is from October 2022, which shows only a loading page. The newest archived release notes are from July 2017. No closure announcement was found, so the exact end date of the service is unknown.

An archived company page says ChannelEffect was developed by 4PX Group. 4PX was founded in 2004 and described itself as a leading cross-border ecommerce solutions provider in Greater China, offering logistics and technology to more than 30,000 merchants selling on marketplaces such as Newegg, eBay, Amazon and AliExpress. The site offered English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese versions.

Yes. Archived pages show an eBay solution with support for multiple eBay accounts, a one-page lister, 200+ listing templates, copying listings to other eBay sites, scheduled listings, bulk editing, auto refill, automatic emails and positive feedback, combined shipping and tracking uploads. Release notes from 2017 added an eBay Store Markdown tool. Because the service is offline, these eBay features no longer work.

A 2014 archived pricing page shows a free Basic plan with 300 listings, 2 channel accounts and 1 user. Paid plans were Standard at 4.95 a month, Professional at 9.95 a month and Advance at 14.95 a month, raising listing limits, channel accounts, users and image storage, up to unlimited on Advance. The page does not state the currency, and prices may have changed later.

ChannelEffect focused on eBay. Its archived site footer lists solutions for eBay, Newegg, AliExpress, Amazon, Magento and DHgate. The pricing page notes that dates for supported channels were estimates, so some of those channels may have been planned rather than live. A customer quote on the homepage said they planned to add AliExpress and DHgate accounts later.
