Sellers import product data from a web shop or file, clean it up with rules and AI product categorization, and send it to comparison sites, ad channels and marketplaces. For marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, bol, Allegro, Kaufland, Walmart, Zalando and TikTok Shop, Channable connects through the marketplace API, so it can create listings, keep stock and prices updated and, with order connections, pull orders back into the shop's back office. Pricing combines a package based on items, projects and channels with a Core plan (Standard, Plus or Pro), and there are separate CSS plans for Google Shopping. A free trial with no time limit lets users set up and test feeds, but sending live data to a channel requires a paid plan.

Channable pricing is built from a package, sized by the number of items, projects and channels you need, plus a Core plan: Standard, Plus or Pro. Add-on modules such as order sync, repricing, PPC and creatives cost extra. A CSS-only plan for Google Shopping costs EUR 29 per month per active shop. Prices are offered in euros and US dollars, there are no setup fees, and every plan includes unlimited users. Exact package prices are shown in the price estimator on Channable's website.
Yes. Channable's free trial has no time limit. During the trial you can import and prepare product data, test rules and setups, use Channable Academy and get help from the support team. What you cannot do is activate live channels, send live data to a channel or get a feed URL. To start publishing to eBay, Google Shopping or another channel, you need to move to a paid subscription.
Open Company settings > Billing, click Change plan, set 'What is your item limit?' to 0 and confirm in the pop-up. Channable invoices on the 20th for the following month, so cancel before the 20th to avoid the next month's charge. If you cancel after the 20th, you are billed for the next month and keep access until its end. You can reverse the cancellation from the Billing tab by clicking Stop cancellation.
No, not automatically. When a subscription ends, Channable deactivates account features, but products already pushed to a marketplace through the API stay live. To take them down, go to the channel in Channable, open Settings and click Clear API before the account is deactivated. This removes the products that Channable sent through that API connection. If you plan to move to another tool, set up the new listings first to avoid a gap.
Yes. eBay is available as an API marketplace channel, so Channable can create and update eBay listings from your product feed, and there is a separate eBay Motors channel in beta for vehicles and parts. With an order connection, Channable pulls new and open eBay orders from the past 5 days into your shop back office. Order returns are not supported for eBay through order connections, and orders without a tracking code are marked as shipped automatically.
Channable sends product data to comparison and ad channels such as Google Shopping and Meta, and connects by API to marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, bol, Allegro, Kaufland, Walmart, Zalando and TikTok Shop. The help center also documents an eBay Motors channel in beta. Available features, such as order connections and repricing, differ per marketplace, so check the help center article for the specific channel before you sign up.
Channable support is available by email and phone on working days, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00. Customers in North America can email support-usa@channable.com, and other regions use support@channable.com. Phone numbers for each country are listed on Channable's contact page. Technical support is included free with subscriptions, and the Help Center and Channable Academy are available to all users.
Each Channable package has data limits based on items, projects and channels. If your account goes over the limits of your package, Channable automatically upgrades your subscription to a larger package. Upgrades and downgrades are made through Plans and pricing > Change subscription. Because invoicing happens on the 20th for the following month, changes made before the 20th apply to the next invoice.
