Yes. Every BeProfit plan includes a 14-day free trial. BeProfit's terms say you must enter payment details to start a trial, and when the trial ends it turns into a paid subscription and your card is charged unless you cancel first. A cancellation during the trial takes effect immediately, so cancel before the 14 days are up if you do not want to continue.

BeProfit's terms say to use the Delete BeProfit option in your account to turn off auto-renew, or to email support@beprofit.ai. Cancel before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. If you subscribed through the Shopify App Store, uninstalling the app in Shopify also stops future Shopify-billed charges.

BeProfit's terms of service, last updated January 30, 2025, say paid subscription fees are non-refundable and must be paid in advance. If you cancel, the plan runs until the end of the current paid period and does not renew. If a price increase applies to your plan, BeProfit says it will notify you and give you a chance to cancel before the new price is charged.

Viably, a financial services company for ecommerce businesses, announced on October 14, 2024 that it had acquired BeProfit. Viably said BeProfit's profit analysis would join its platform alongside working capital, banking and payments services, with a focus on Amazon and Shopify sellers. BeProfit's current terms describe it as a Viably Capital Inc. product, and its help center now runs on the Viably domain.
