Automater has a free plan and a Professional plan. The free plan costs nothing but can take up to 6 hours to deliver a code and leaves out features like the complaint module and online store. Professional is paid per credit, listed at 7 cents per credit with VAT included when buying at least 10,000 credits, and delivers codes immediately after payment. Sending one code to an eBay buyer uses 1 credit.

You create an Automater account, connect your eBay account under Products, eBay, connected accounts, add a code database with your digital products, and turn on monitoring for your eBay listings. When a buyer pays, Automater sends the code by email and by eBay message and can mark the order as shipped. It handles listings with variations and more than one eBay account.

No. Automater is built only for virtual goods such as activation codes, prepaid vouchers and downloadable files. It stores codes in a database and sends one to each buyer after payment. Sellers of physical items need order management or shipping software instead. You can block automatic delivery for specific eBay orders if you want to check them by hand first.

Automater supports eBay, Allegro and Erli for marketplace sales. For online stores, it works with payment services including PayPal, Stripe, PayU, Przelewy24, Dotpay, HotPay and Transferuj. The free plan covers the marketplaces, while online store sales and bank transfer posting need the Professional plan.

There is no subscription to cancel, because Automater charges per credit. To close the account completely, the Automater help center says to contact the team through its contact form. Before you ask, turn off monitoring on your eBay listings, disconnect the eBay account and download any transaction history you want to keep.
