Atom8 (GritGlobal)

Atom8 has four plans. Basic costs $19.95 a month with 1 workflow and 1,500 credits, and Standard costs $49.95 a month with 3 workflows and 3,000 credits. Enterprise and B2B Edition are quoted on request and include unlimited workflows and 45,000 credits. All plans include scheduled workflows, workflow history, a dashboard and email and Facebook support. Prices were checked on 2026-09-14.

Yes. GritGlobal's user guide says a free trial of 2 weeks starts right after you install Atom8, with access to all app features during the trial. The BigCommerce App Marketplace listing also shows a 14-day free trial with no upfront fee. After the trial, you pick a plan and a monthly or annual billing cycle from the Pricing tab or See Plans button in the app.

Open the Atom8 app, go to the My Subscription page and click the Cancel button. GritGlobal says canceling stops all future charges, but you can keep using Atom8 until the end of the billing cycle you already paid for. The guide does not say whether uninstalling the app from BigCommerce also cancels billing, so cancel in the app first.

Credits are used each time a workflow performs an action. Some actions, such as sending email or SMS, cost more credits. Checking conditions does not use credits, so a workflow that watches thousands of orders only uses credits when its conditions match. A time-triggered workflow that updates 100 products uses credits for each of those 100 actions.

GritGlobal emails you when you reach 70% and 90% of your credit limit, and again when you hit it. At the limit you can still build and edit workflows, but all workflows pause until you upgrade to a plan with more credits or the next calendar month starts. You can also rework workflows with extra conditions so actions run less often and use fewer credits.
