Atlasmic is a live chat and helpdesk tool for ecommerce websites, founded in 2020 in Vilnius, Lithuania. It gives online stores a chat widget, contact forms, a shared inbox, visitor tracking, simple CRM records and order tracking so shoppers can check order status. It connects to Shopify, WooCommerce and WordPress. The company has rebranded as Superinterface, which focuses on AI assistants that can chat, perform tasks and support voice conversations.

Atlasmic's pricing page lists a free Basic plan with 2 seats and 200 people reached per month, Starter at $99 a month with 5 seats, 600 people reached and live chat, Pro at $149 a month with 10 seats and 2,000 people reached, and a custom Enterprise plan. People reached counts unique visitors who contact you or engage with your messages each month.

Superinterface, the new name of Atlasmic, lists Starter at $49 a month plus AI usage with up to 100 managed threads a month, Pro at $249 a month plus usage with 1,000 threads included and $0.03 for each extra thread, and a custom Enterprise plan. You bring your own API key and pay AI providers directly. A 7-day trial is offered and you can cancel anytime.

Yes. The Atlasmic FAQ says every plan comes with a free 14-day trial, and the pricing page says no credit card is required for the Starter trial. The Basic plan is free with no time limit. If you cancel before the trial ends, your card is not charged. Superinterface, the rebranded product, offers a shorter 7-day trial instead.

Atlasmic's FAQ says you can cancel at any time and that any refund follows its refund policy, but it does not list steps inside the dashboard. Contact the team through live chat or at info@atlasmic.com. If you added Atlasmic through the Shopify App Store, uninstall the app from Settings and Apps in your Shopify admin to stop charges billed through Shopify.
