There is no public self-service cancel button for Akeneo Product Cloud because it is sold under a contract. Read your order form for the contract term and notice period, then tell your account manager or open a support request before the renewal date. Export your catalog data before access ends. The Community Edition has no subscription to cancel.

Prospects can request a demo or contact sales from the Akeneo website. Community Edition users rely mainly on documentation and the community, since paid support comes with Product Cloud.
