eBay Error 25004: The eBay listing or unpublished offer has an invalid quantity. At least one variation must have a quantity greater than 0.

Why this happens

A variation listing was published with every variation at quantity 0. eBay needs at least one variation with stock. Why eBay enforces this: eBay's inventory-based listings need at least one variation with stock at publish. With every variation at zero, the offer would be unpurchasable, so eBay refuses it. When it usually happens: It usually appears when inventory sync marks all variations as sold out before a publish runs.
