eBay Error 10058: The payment method cannot be changed or removed if an auction-style listing has a bid or ends within 12 hours, or a fixed price listing has a pending Best Offer.

Why this happens

The payment method in the listing details or policy was changed, but eBay temporarily blocked this action to protect buyers who are actively engaged in purchasing your item (or to prevent changes from occurring immediately before the listing ends). Why eBay enforces this: The payment method is part of the terms a buyer accepts. eBay locks it on auctions with bids, fixed-price listings with pending offers, and listings ending within 12 hours. When it usually happens: It usually appears when a payment policy used by many listings is edited.
