Ecomdash

Ecomdash is a cloud inventory and order management tool for small multichannel sellers. It syncs stock levels across marketplaces and web stores when sales happen, pulls orders from different channels into one dashboard, and supports dropship and purchase order workflows for small businesses and wholesalers. It also includes a multichannel listing tool and inventory mapping.

Web.com acquired Ecomdash in 2019. Web.com and Network Solutions are part of Newfold Digital, the web services company that also owns Bluehost, Register.com and Domain.com. Ecomdash is connected to the Network Solutions brand, and its login page carries Network Solutions branding. Users sign in at app.ecomdash.com, and support is available at support.ecomdash.com.

Ecomdash does not publish a public price list. New customers are pointed to Network Solutions, so check networksolutions.com or contact sales for current plans. Existing subscribers can find their plan rate on their most recent invoice or ask support to confirm it. Ask whether the price depends on order volume or the number of connected channels.

There are no published self-serve cancellation steps for Ecomdash. Contact support through support.ecomdash.com or Network Solutions support and ask to close the account. Export your products, inventory and orders before cancelling, since access to the dashboard may end as soon as you close the account. Keep the confirmation email from support.

Log in at app.ecomdash.com and export your product catalog and orders to CSV from the inventory and order screens before cancelling. If an export option is missing on your plan, ask support for a data export. Your listings on each marketplace are also available in that marketplace's own reports.
