We've Upgraded Our Feedback Reminder!

Since 3Dsellers originally launched the Feedback Reminder, we’ve been receiving user feedback expressing enthusiasm and compliments on its effectiveness. Although we are very pleased, we decided to upgrade this tool even further and today, we’re happy to introduce you to our newest, Smart Feedback Reminder!

We all know how important seller feedback is on eBay because it directly affects eBay search results. Gaining positive feedback results in high product placement, which increases sales accordingly. To make sure your Feedback Reminder is effective we’ve added the following smart features:

  • Performance analytics dashboard to showcase the effectiveness of your reminders
  • An option to send a reminder upon item’s arrival and at a specific time of the day
  • Automated feedback to buyers with a choice of triggers
  • Feedback alert that notifies you via email
  • Automatic blacklisting of buyers who canceled or refunded orders

Let’s dive into each feature one by one so you have a clear understanding of their benefits. We want you to use our tools to their fullest and gain the most out of their performance.

Dashboard

Now, your Feedback Reminder dashboard will showcase the overall performance of your messages by presenting you with your current feedback score, the number of reminders sent and the amount of feedback received.

We also added a visual representation of this data so you can see your improvement for the past month. Additional perks include the percentage of the feedback rise and the number of feedbacks left to reach the next seller status (color-coordinated star) to feed your motivation!

Improved Settings

As we all know, the best time to ask for a feedback is during the hype upon receiving the item. A buyer is excited to open the box and use your product so sending a reminder on that day results in the most chances of getting a positive feedback. This is why we’ve added an additional option to send your reminder upon item received, which is linked to the tracking number of each package.

Additionally, you can now set the exact time of the day for the reminder to be sent in order to avoid sending your reminder in the middle of the night and being unnoticed. The timing is based on the local time of your buyers’ location.

Feedback to Buyers

A long-awaited feature that saves a great amount of time and could potentially increase your chances of receiving a positive feedback - automated feedback to buyers! No longer do you have to manually send feedback to all your buyers and waste your precious time.

Here, you have several settings options. Firstly, you can create several message variations and send them out in random order. Secondly, you can set the feedback to be sent after any of the following scenarios: upon successful payment, shipment/arrival or upon receiving a positive feedback.

A long-awaited feature that saves a great amount of time and could potentially increase your chances of receiving a positive feedback - automated feedback to buyers! No longer do you have to manually send feedback to all your buyers and waste your precious time.

Smart Blacklisting

Finally, we’ve added an automatic blacklisting to all buyers who canceled or refunded their order so you don’t have to do it manually. We keep you safe by avoiding a chance to send a feedback reminder to an unsatisfied buyer so now you don’t have to worry about all of the non-completed transactions. You can still easily add any unwanted buyers manually at any given time.
