The auction currency specified does not match the auction currency for the selected site.

The listing currency does not match the eBay site (for example EUR on eBay US). Match them and republish.

Why this happens

The currency set for the listing is not the eBay Site's currency. Why eBay enforces this: Every eBay site trades in one currency. Buyers compare prices in that currency and eBay charges fees in it, so a listing whose currency does not match its site is rejected. When it usually happens: It usually appears after changing the eBay site on a draft without changing the currency, or when a CSV import carries the currency of the source store.

Example Wrong Settings

The listing's currency is set to US Dollars, but the eBay Site is set to Australia

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, open the listing and check the eBay site and currency.
  2. Set the currency the site uses (USD for eBay US, GBP for UK, EUR for DE and so on), or change the site.
  3. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Change site and currency together, and let 3Dsellers pick the currency automatically from the selected eBay site when publishing in bulk.

No <Item.Currency> exists or <Item.Currency> is specified as an empty tag in the request.
The listing has no currency. Set the currency of the eBay site (or fix the CSV column) and republish.
