The eBay account is suspended, so no listing actions are possible until eBay reinstates it.

Why this happens

The current eBay account you're using is suspended. Actions cannot be taken on this account. Why eBay enforces this: A suspended eBay account cannot list, revise or sell. eBay suspends accounts for policy violations, unpaid fees or security concerns, and the block applies to every tool connected to that account. When it usually happens: Sellers usually see it on every action for the account at once, right after eBay sends a suspension notice.

Example Wrong Settings

Bulk revise runs on all listings of an eBay account that eBay suspended this morning.

How to fix it

  1. Check eBay Messages and Seller Hub for the suspension notice; it explains the reason and whether an appeal is possible.
  2. Follow eBay's appeal or resolution steps. 3Dsellers cannot lift a suspension.
  3. If you manage several eBay accounts in 3Dsellers, make sure the listing is assigned to the right, active account.
  4. Pause automations for the suspended account so they stop failing.

How to prevent it

Keep policy notices in Seller Hub under control, pay fees on time, and pause automations for an account as soon as eBay emails about a restriction.
