The package weight unit (metric or imperial) does not match the eBay site. Switch the measurement system to the site's and republish.

Why this happens

eBay is requiring that the measurement system for the shipping package (metric or imperial) matches the eBay Site country. (Note: This is not part of your shipping settings Why eBay enforces this: Each eBay site uses one measurement system for shipping calculations. eBay US calculates in pounds and inches, most other sites in kilograms and centimeters, so a mismatched unit would give wrong postage. When it usually happens: It usually appears when listings are copied from eBay US to eBay UK, DE or AU without converting package settings.

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, open the listing's package settings.
  2. Set the measurement system to match the eBay site: pounds and inches for eBay US, kilograms and centimeters for most other sites.
  3. Re-enter the weight and dimensions in the new unit.
  4. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Store package weight and dimensions per eBay site, or convert them in the copy step when you expand a listing to another site.
