Why this happens

The date to publish the listing is in the past. Why eBay enforces this: A scheduled listing must start in the future. eBay rejects a start time that has already passed rather than guessing whether to publish immediately. When it usually happens: It usually appears when drafts scheduled days earlier are published late, or when the schedule was entered in a different time zone than the account.

Example Wrong Settings

Listing scheduled for 9:00 yesterday is published today.

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, open the listing's schedule setting.
  2. Set a start time in the future (mind the time zone), or clear it to publish now.
  3. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Check the time zone setting in 3Dsellers matches your eBay account, and clear old schedules before publishing a backlog of drafts.

Example Correct Settings

Listing scheduled for tomorrow at 9:00 in the account's time zone, or the schedule is cleared to publish now.
